Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so please choose carefully before buying. This policy explains when Virtus Talent can offer a refund.
Because our products are downloadable and made available immediately after purchase, all sales are final once your download has been accessed, except where a refund is required by law.
If a product is faulty, fails to download, or was charged in error, contact us and we will make it right — including a full refund where appropriate. Other requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Email contact@virtustalent.com from the address you used at checkout, including your order number (from your receipt), and tell us what went wrong.
Because Polar is our Merchant of Record, approved refunds are issued through them back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
If you live in the EU, the UK, or another region with a statutory cooling-off period, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. If you would like to cancel within that window, email us and we will help. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you cannot waive under the consumer law of your country.
