How to request a refund

Email contact@virtustalent.com from the address you used at checkout, including your order number (from your receipt). We will process eligible refunds promptly.

How refunds are processed

Because Polar is our Merchant of Record, approved refunds are issued through them back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Fair use

Our guarantee is offered in good faith. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeatedly buying, downloading and refunding the same product, or redistributing the files. This does not affect your statutory rights.
