These terms govern the Virtus Talent partner (affiliate) program. By joining, using your affiliate code, or sharing your referral link, you agree to them. They apply alongside our Terms of Service and exist to keep the program fair, honest, and compliant.
When someone buys through your referral link or enters your code at checkout, they get 10% off and you earn a 30% commission on the pre-tax amount they actually pay. Your code, share link, results, and payout details all live in your personal dashboard.
Attribution is last-click and cookie-based, over a 90-day window: the most recently used valid code wins. Purchases you make through your own code do not earn a commission — the discount and commission apply to genuine third-party sales only.
A commission is confirmed once the order is paid and has cleared its refund and statutory withdrawal window. Refunds, chargebacks, or orders found to be fraudulent reverse the related commission. Confirmed commissions are paid to the payout method you set in your dashboard, and we may apply a reasonable minimum payout threshold. Keep your payout details accurate — a payment sent to incorrect details you provided cannot be recovered.

Where the law requires it — for example influencer-disclosure and advertising rules in your country — clearly disclose that you earn a commission.
You can also earn a 5% referral bonus on the sales made by creators you personally bring into the program through your recruitment link. It is paid on their genuine sales only — never for the act of signing someone up, and no one ever has to buy anything to join. The bonus is separate from the recruited creator’s own commission and costs them nothing.
Every commission and referral bonus is earned only on real product sales to real customers. There is no payment for merely signing up or for recruiting someone, and no purchase is ever required to take part. Referral bonuses stop at a single level: the creators your recruits go on to bring in do not earn you anything. This is a sales-based affiliate program — not a multi-level marketing or “downline” scheme.
You take part as an independent promoter — these terms create no employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture. Commissions are paid gross; you are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on your affiliate income in your country.
We may update the commission rate, the discount, these terms, or the program itself at any time; changes apply to sales made after they take effect. We can suspend or remove a code and withhold affected commissions if these terms are broken or activity looks fraudulent. You may leave at any time; confirmed commissions that have already cleared remain payable.
Customer payments and the taxes on each sale are handled by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Your commission is paid by Virtus Talent, separately from that checkout.
